Changes To Your Statements
Two Important Changes Coming Your Way:
1. WCCU Account Statements have a new look and design!*
- A helpful How To Read Your Statement Guide (linked here) will be included with your July statement. If you have any questions, please contact any of our WCCU branches or Chat With Us during regular business hours.
2. NEW – If you are enrolled in eStatements, additional WCCU notices that were previously mailed will now be delivered electronically through online banking (ex. certificate maturity notices) Click to view examples of WCCU Notices that you may receive.
- We will send you a notification by e-mail when an eStatement, eNotice, or eDocument is available for you to view in online banking**
- Log into your online banking account, Click: Account Info > Statements, Notices, & Documents
- If you’re using the WCCU Mobile App, log in and click “More”, then select Account Info > Statements, Notices, & Documents
Note – Confirm/Change your mail and e-mail addresses now: Log into your account, select dashboard and view the drop-down menu to confirm/update information. For mobile app users go to “More”, then click Settings > Contact.
Please be sure to have the email address: noreply@edocs.wccu.coop saved in your address book so your notifications are delivered to the email we have on file!
Important:
* Please note: For the safety and security of our members, Joint Owners will not be able to access eStatements. If a Joint Owner would like to create their own statement, they can follow the Create Your Own Statement instructions, or visit any WCCU branch and request a copy of the statement.
** If we are alerted that the notification is “not deliverable” to your e-mail address, you will receive a letter in the mail stating that we were unable to successfully send you an e-mail notification.
