The transition to our new bill pay platform will happen on Monday, November 17, 2025. Your current Bill Pay will be turned off on Friday, November 14 at 3 PM while we complete the upgrade. You don’t need to do anything to prepare — just continue using Bill Pay as usual until that time.
Yes. Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable from Friday, November 14 at 3 PM through Monday, November 17 at Noon while we move your information and activate the new system. You’ll still be able to access Online Banking and all other services during this time.
We’re upgrading to make managing your bills easier and more convenient! The new Payrailz Bill Pay platform offers a cleaner, mobile-friendly design, better organization tools, and faster, more flexible payment options.
We’ll take care of moving your billers, scheduled payments, and history for you. Before and after November 17, take a quick look at your scheduled and historical payments to ensure everything looks accurate. If you have bills due between November 14–17, schedule them before November 14 to avoid late fees.
No, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the new Payrailz Bill Pay system. Your existing billers, scheduled payments, and payment history will transfer automatically.

No, expedited paper check payments will no longer be available. To ensure your paper check payments are not late, please allow at least 7 business days for processing and mailing via USPS.

Yes! With Payrailz, you can easily send money to people you know, securely and quickly, directly from online banking or the WCCU Mobile App.
For electronic payments, funds are withdrawn from accounts the day prior (between 6-7PM) to the payment being sent. If not enough funds are available, the payment will be canceled.
