Important Safety Note:
When you first turn on Pay A Person (P2P), we add an extra layer of protection for the first 10 days.
Here’s how it works:
- Any day during the first 10 days that you log in to send money, you will need to call WCCU during business hours to get a verification code from a staff member.
- If you log in, get your code, and then don’t use P2P again for the rest of the 10 days, you only need to verify that one time.
Once the 10-day security window has passed, your verification codes will be delivered automatically by text or to your email, no phone call is needed.
