Updating Your Personal Information
For security reasons you must change your personal information by contacting WCCU (we cannot accept address changes, or forward your mail, based on information received from the post office). We apologize for any inconvenience; however with the amount of fraud in the industry, it is important that we continue to take the necessary steps to ensure that your accounts and information is protected. Thank you for you for understanding and for your cooperation.
Do You Have WCCU Online Banking?
If you have online banking: Log into your account. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner. Go to “Settings“, and select the “Contact“ tab. This will ensure it is entered correctly and will update on our end.
- If you have multiple accounts or are a joint owner on other accounts (ex. accounts for your children), please be sure to change the addresses on all the accounts.
- Also please be sure to update any other changes pertaining to your phone number, cell phone number and e-mail address.
If you do not have Online Banking or would rather visit a local WCCU:
Visit any WCCU location to request an update in person.
If you have special circumstances that do not allow you to visit one of our offices, please download and mail the Member Information Change Form.
Please update all contact information available on the form, including email addresses and phone numbers for joint owners.
