Be on alert for fraudulent text messages that appear to be coming from WCCU Credit Union. Do NOT reply to this text message! This is a scam.
If you are ever concerned about a text message or call coming from WCCU, it’s always a good idea to contact WCCU to confirm that we are trying to reach you.
REMINDER: WCCU will not ask you to click links or reply to text messages to verify, confirm, or ask for any personal information.
If you have received this text message and replied, it is good security practice to change your WCCU password ASAP. If you use the same password for other accounts, we recommend resetting those passwords as well.
WCCU will NEVER call or text asking you for passwords, codes, or numbers.
To avoid being a victim of fraud, HANG UP/DO NOT CLICK LINKS OR REPLY if you EVER receive a call or text from anyone asking you for:
• Social security numbers
• Complete credit/debit card numbers
• PIN numbers
• CVV numbers and security codes •Online access codes and password
